Ergon has a wide range of determinate tomatoes for outdoor cultivation. We offer outdoor tomato varieties in two main segments, namely blocky/roma types and round types. This month we would like to introduce you to three varieties of our determinate round tomatoes.
ES 961 F1 is an established variety and a stable factor in our product range. Due to the strong vegetation of the plants, this variety is very productive and produces beautiful red fruits with good firmness. The average fruit weight is 200-215 grams and the round to globe shaped fruits have a good shelf life. The maturity is medium, the resistance is TmVF2Ty.
Variety ES 9308 F1 is our runner up and is a new commercial variety. This type is notable for its productive plants, with very firm fruits with a long shelf life. The fruits are red, have a globe shape and an average weight of 240-290 grams.The maturity is medium-early and the resistance is TmVF3Ty.
Newcomer ES 9344 F1 is also a very interesting variety in the determinate round tomatoes segment. The compact, very strong bush plants are productive and produce medium to small beef tomatoes. This variety produces red fruits with a globe shape, with an average fruit weight of 230-250 grams. The fruits have a is good shelf life, the maturity is medium early and the resistance is TmVF2N (Sw) (Ty).
